Users are responsible for providing accurate information and for their interactions with contractors. ACFixFinder is not responsible for the quality of work performed by contractors.

4. Limitation of Liability

ACFixFinder is not liable for any damages resulting from the use of our platform or services provided by contractors.

5. Contractor SMS Communications

Contractors who claim a listing or subscribe to paid plans may opt in to receive SMS messages about listing updates, lead alerts, and account notifications. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. See our SMS Policy for full details on opt-in, opt-out, and message types.
