SMS Messaging Policy

ACFixFinder.com ("ACFixFinder"), operated by Goldmann LLC, may send SMS text messages to HVAC contractors and platform administrators in the United States. This page describes how we use SMS, how you opt in, and how you opt out.
Who Receives SMS
- Contractors who opt in when claiming a business listing at /claim-your-business and check the SMS consent box.
- Subscribed contractors on paid plans who have provided a mobile number for lead notifications and account updates.
- Listed businesses may receive a one-time informational message about their public directory listing, using business contact numbers from Florida public licensing records, with an opt-out instruction in every message.
Types of Messages
- Listing claim and profile verification updates
- New homeowner lead alerts (for opted-in, subscribed contractors)
- Account and subscription notifications
- One-time invitations to claim or correct a public business listing
We do not send unrelated consumer marketing SMS through this program.
How to Opt In
Contractors opt in by submitting the claim form at https://www.acfixfinder.com/claim-your-business and checking:
"I agree to receive SMS from ACFixFinder about my listing, lead alerts, and account updates at the phone number provided. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out."
You must also accept our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
How to Opt Out
- Reply STOP to any ACFixFinder text message (also accepts STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT).
- Email admin@acfixfinder.com with the phone number to remove.
After opting out, you will receive a confirmation message and no further SMS unless you reply START to resubscribe.
Message Frequency
Frequency varies. Lead alerts are sent when matching quote requests are submitted. Listing outreach is limited to initial contact. You will not receive recurring promotional blasts after opting out.
